Q:  What is your refund policy?
We will gladly refund 100% of your deposit two weeks prior to your scheduled event and 50% of your deposit one week prior to your event.  Cancellations the week of your event WILL NOT be refunded as we have loss the opportunity to reschedule your inflatable.  We will gladly reschedule your event on a future date and at that point no deposits will be refunded for rescheduled event cancellations.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  For inclement weather, see question below.

Q:   How much does it cost to rent?
The bounce houses rent out for $150.00 each.  The dry slide rents for $200.00 and the wet slide rents for $250.00 all for a 6-hour rental period. Locations beyond 25-mile radius of central Columbia, SC may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Q:   How do I reserve my inflatable?
You can call us today at 803-606-4787 or visit our contact us page to reserve your date.  A $50 deposit is required for the bounce houses and a $75.00 is required for the slide and combo units payable by cash, check, debit or credit card.

Q:   When should I make my reservations?
A:   With our bounce houses and slide being very popular and staying booked up we suggest you reserve your inflatable as soon as you know your event date, location and time.

Q:   Do I need to have a power source to rent a Bounce House or Slide?
A:   Each unit requires an 110V receptacle to power the blower.  Jumperee will supply one 50' extension cord for each rental.  If you need a power source we have generators available to rent for an additional $60.00.

Q:   What happens during inclement weather if I have booked my event?
A:   Jumperee reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to heavy winds and/or rain.  Strong winds above 15-20mph are a threat to safety.  If inclement weather is expected the day of your event a representative of Jumperee will call to inform you and discuss alternate plans.  If the renter authorizes Jumperee to continue with plans after notification of inclement weather full payment is due upon arrival as normal.  If inclement weather arrives after the inflatable unit is set up NO refund is issued.

Q:   Are you Licensed and Insured?
A:   Absolutely!

Q:   Where can the Bounce Houses or Slides be set-up?
A:   The best place to set up an inflatable is on level ground. We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. If you plan on setting the unit up on concrete or asphalt please let us know  when you call to schedule your event so we can plan proper anchoring technique. Please make sure there are no underground irrigation pipes or buried telephone lines close to the perimeter of the bounce area. Also please make sure the area is clean and free of any waste and debris. If you have a certain area you would like the unit set-up and are still unsure about it just give us a call.

Q:   Do I have to sign a contract or waiver to rent an Inflatable?
Yes. The Invoice, Contract, and Release of Liability have to be signed before we begin setup.

Q:  Do I need to have a water source to rent the Wet Slide?
A:   The Wet slide requires a standard home spigot with approx. 70-90 psi.  Jumperee will supply a 50'  garden hose with mist heads. Please notify us if additional length is required.

Q:   When is payment Expected and/or due?
A:   A deposit is required in advance to reserve your date for your event.  The remaining balance is due at the time of set up payable by debit/credit card, cash, money order or cashiers check.
